About Zander

Through his company, Conscious Founders, he has helped founders collectively raise over $800M and guided them from idea to market.

Zander specializes in supporting Deep-Tech, AI, Digital Therapeutics, and Precision Neuropsychiatry, collaborating with Stanford University and UC Berkeley. He has a passion for creativity, health, humanity, and technology.

He holds a BS in Biology from UC Berkeley. He co-founded and built a mobile payments company, Swipe (acquired by Merchant Processors in 2009), and helped scale the first Data Management Platform company, BlueKai (acquired by Oracle in 2013).

Zander actively works with clients to evaluate and commercialize inventions related to Psycho-neuro-stimulation. These innovations include novel pharmacology, psychedelics, transcranial magnetic stimulation, focused ultrasound, deep brain stimulation, and precision neuropsychiatric interventions.

He sees tremendous opportunity at the intersection of AI and precision psychotherapy, where scalable data-driven diagnosis and treatment can accelerate healing at a societal level. Everyday devices already measure biometrics like vocal prosody, speech content, and facial expression, while advanced clinical tools capture data through fMRI, CT, MRI, EEG, and HRV.
